- Lizzie, known as "the best little safe-cracker in town," burglarizes the home of Harrison, a young millionaire. Harrison discovers the girl at work, but generously allows her to escape. An hour later, Lizzie is found unconscious on the street. Harrison's butler finds him in the same condition. Millionaire and thief are rushed to the hospital. All efforts to revive the two go for naught; as a last resort the surgeons send for Amar, an Oriental Mystic and hypnotist. The man hears Harrison and Lizzie utter some words in their trance. He recognizes the language as that of his own race. It causes Amar to relate an ancient legend of India to the physicians. Thousands of years previous. Afgah and his beautiful daughter Lola, dwelt in India. Gunga, a man of wealth, sought to marry Lola, but she was secretly in love with Dano, a fair-skinned slave. Kahdin, a wicked High Priest, also loved Lola, but the girl spurned his advances. The High Priest thereupon swore to be revenged. Lola's love for Dano was discovered. The slave was severely punished, while the girl was informed she must wed Gunga immediately. Lola and Dano fled, however, but were pursued and captured. In accordance with the ancient law, they were brought before the High Priest. His opportunity for revenge at hand, Kahdin cursed them with the curse of the "Sleeping Death," causing the lovers to fall into a death-like trance. Once in every century, however, the spirit of each was to leave the sleeping body, and meeting, recognize the other. Harrison and Lizzie revive as Amar finishes his tale. The two gaze at each other. Slowly Lizzie comes to Harrison's arms, faltering, "It seems as though I have known you always for years and years."
- The protagonist- Aavriti Malhar is a young psychology researcher, working on sleep with the objective to come out with simple process for sleep which children and young adults can follow. Armed with an earnest intention to help humanity, but disillusioned and lost with the limitations of psychology to find answers, she sets on a solitary journey towards Mount Kailash, to meet a reclusive mystic who she perceives as her last hope. What ensues is an intriguing exchange between the 2 protagonists, deftly unraveling mysteries from ancient scriptures, with practical examples from day-to-day life to decode the mysteries of sleep and consequently, health and well-being for contemporary times. Sleep is the Prevention and Sleep is the Cure for all suffering. Before anything happens in our life, it reflects through deterioration in quality of sleep and insights which come in the form of dreams get distorted. Even the ones who claim to have sound sleep, do not have healthy sleep. Life has evolved and Lifestyle has changed. This has resulted in 2 main factors which are affecting health and well-being: a. Rise of Ego- Development of a stronger mind than a few decades back. For sleep to occur, mind shall arrive at zero thought state. This is one of the reasons why our sleep is affected. b. Change in lifestyle - Loss of faith. Lifestyle is an internal process. It is different from the style of living. Lifestyle starts with Dusk (SAANJH). The reason why some people remain healthy throughout their life despite having the same or increased level of stress, responsibilities and hardships is because intuitively they follow a lifestyle which our ancestors did. It is through this process that they are able to trigger the natural process of regeneration working inside each one of us and wake up every morning with insights and hope to lead a guided life. The web series concludes by revealing two processes to reverse all forms of sleep disorders and related mental disorders. a. Process of Saanjh: Starting from 3PM, process for sleep starts. This is an internal process successful and healthy people follow intuitively. b. Process of Sleep: How regeneration is optimal during NON-REM phase of sleep? How to follow the process of Saanjh to enable sound sleep and have optimal regeneration? It does not ask for any changes in the lifestyle of people. It is like while driving the car, your attention is on the road but internally you could have any emotions and thought process running. The season ends by revealing a brief about the Science of Dreams and why nightmares are good news for health and well-being.
